ALTA Projects
Project: Walmart’s
Location: NV, NM, AZ, CA, ID
Diamondback Land Surveying has successfully completed multiple ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys for Walmart properties across Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, California, and Idaho. These projects were executed in full compliance with the latest NSPS/ALTA standards, ensuring precision, reliability, and consistency required for high-value commercial transactions.
Each survey was tailored to meet the specific needs of Walmart and its title companies, providing a comprehensive view of property boundaries, easements, improvements, and access. As part of our commitment to accuracy and ADA compliance, we implemented a 10-foot grid densification in all ADA-accessible areas. This added level of detail supports clear identification of slopes, surface conditions, and potential compliance issues—ensuring the data supports both development and regulatory requirements.
Project: Euclid & Scaeffer
Location: Ontario, CA
Diamondback Land Surveying provided comprehensive land surveying services for a proposed Walmart Supply Chain development project encompassing approximately 37 acres in San Bernardino County, California.
The project included a full ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey performed in accordance with the current 2026 ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standard Detail Requirements and the client’s specific Walmart Supply Chain survey standards. Services included extensive research and procurement of record documents, title review, field investigation, data reduction, and preparation of the final ALTA survey deliverables. The survey incorporated multiple Table A items required by the client to support due diligence, site acquisition, and development planning efforts.
As part of the field survey phase, Diamondback Land Surveying performed a detailed boundary and topographic survey across multiple assessor parcel numbers totaling approximately 37 acres. Our survey crews established precise boundary control throughout the site. They collected comprehensive topographic information, including existing structures, roadways, visible ground features, utility improvements, and other critical site elements necessary for future engineering and design activities.
The project also included extensive mapping and office services, consisting of title commitment review, record research, data processing, and preparation of a detailed base map. The resulting boundary and topographic mapping provided engineers and project stakeholders with accurate existing conditions and title information to support project development.
In addition, Diamondback Land Surveying prepared a Record of Survey (ROS) for the project. Services included boundary analysis, preparation of the survey map, and coordination of the recording process with the San Bernardino County Recorder’s Office. The final recorded survey provides a permanent public record of the boundary retracement and survey findings.
Project: Crusader Avenue
Location: Cerritos, CA
Diamondback Land Surveying provided comprehensive ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, Topographic Survey, and Tree Survey services for a commercial development site encompassing approximately 3.93 acres.
Field survey operations included establishing boundary control and collecting detailed topographic data throughout the project area and surrounding properties. Survey crews obtained accurate measurements of existing structures, roadways, visible utilities, and ground features with approximately 50 feet of overlap beyond the property limits to support future engineering and site development design.
As part of the project, Diamondback Land Surveying completed an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey in accordance with the 2021 ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standard Detail Requirements, incorporating Table A Items 2, 3, 4, 5, 6(a), 7(a), 7(b)(1), 8, 9, 11(a), 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, and 19. The survey included title commitment review, boundary analysis, utility coordination, and documentation of easements and record information affecting the property.
Topographic survey services documented all pertinent site improvements and existing conditions within the project limits, including adjacent roadway features and utility infrastructure. In addition, a tree survey was performed to identify and locate all trees measuring four inches in diameter at breast height (DBH) or greater.
Diamondback Land Surveying also provided complete mapping and office services, including research and procurement of available record documents, field data reduction, drafting, and preparation of final survey deliverables. To meet client requirements, the final ALTA package was delivered in a three-sheet format consisting of a full ALTA survey with topographic information, a full ALTA survey without topographic information, and a boundary and easement exhibit.
