Trent J. Keenan, PLS, WRS, CFedS is a Principal for Diamondback Land Surveying, LLC and directs all day to day operations within the company. Trent has over 19 years of land surveying experience within a wide range of residential, commercial and public works projects. His expertise covers all facets of surveying services including boundary, topographical, construction, utility, verification, and control surveys. Trent is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Nevada, Arizona, California and Utah and a certified State Water-Rights Surveyor in the state of Nevada. Trent is also 1 of 600 CFedS Surveyor in the United States.

Robert joined Diamondback in April, 2011 after retiring from the City of Henderson. During his 26 years he was promoted to Party Chief, Survey Right-of-way Supervisor and then spent his final 3 years as City Surveyor, managing the Survey/Right-of-way Division of the Public Works Department. City of Henderson duties included, Reviewed and approved subdivisions of land for compliance with the Nevada Revised Statute and the Henderson Municipal Code. Maintains Real-Time Kinematic Global Position Bas Stations. Prepares and approves legal descriptions, maps and plats for the acquisition of real property, annexations and for public rights-of-ways and easements. Was the final authority in the selection, evaluation and disciplinary action of divisions employees. Responded to inquiries and provided technical assistance to the public, other city personnel, agencies and organizations regarding survey and right-of-way issues.
